Diese Nutzungsbedingungen (“Bedingungen”) regeln Ihren Zugang zur und Ihre Nutzung der TripsSource-Website und -Dienste (die “Dienste”). Durch die Nutzung der Dienste stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu.

Nutzung der Dienste

Sie dürfen die Dienste nur in Übereinstimmung mit diesen Bedingungen und allen geltenden Gesetzen nutzen. Sie sind für alle unter Ihrem Konto durchgeführten Aktivitäten sowie für die sichere Aufbewahrung Ihrer Zugangsdaten verantwortlich.

Konten

Einige Funktionen erfordern ein Konto. Sie verpflichten sich, zutreffende Angaben zu machen und diese aktuell zu halten. Wir können Konten sperren oder kündigen, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen.

Die Dienste, einschließlich aller von uns bereitgestellten Inhalte und Software, sind Eigentum von TripsSource oder seinen Lizenzgebern und durch Gesetze zum Schutz des geistigen Eigentums geschützt. Wir gewähren Ihnen ein beschränktes, nicht ausschließliches, nicht übertragbares Recht zur bestimmungsgemäßen Nutzung der Dienste.

Haftungsausschluss & Haftungsbeschränkung

Die Dienste werden “wie besehen” ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt, soweit dies gesetzlich zulässig ist. Soweit gesetzlich maximal zulässig, haften wir nicht für indirekte, zufällige oder Folgeschäden, die aus Ihrer Nutzung der Dienste entstehen.

Änderungen

9. Commissions & Commercial Relationships

TripsSource may provide access to commission information, reporting tools, and related transaction data.

Commission amounts, eligibility, payment schedules, and commercial agreements remain subject to arrangements made between participating parties.

TripsSource does not guarantee commission payments between independent parties unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. API Access & Integrations

TripsSource may provide APIs, integrations, connectivity services, and related technical functionality.

Users agree to:

  • Use integrations only as authorized.
  • Maintain the security of connected systems.
  • Follow applicable documentation and technical requirements.
  • Refrain from actions that negatively affect platform performance or security.

TripsSource reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue integration functionality at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform software, trademarks, branding, content, graphics, documentation, databases, interfaces, and related materials are owned by TripsSource or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to users.

12. Confidentiality

Users may receive access to non-public information relating to TripsSource, operators, partners, or other platform participants.

Such information must be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed, copied, or used for purposes other than those for which it was provided without prior authorization.

13. Third-Party Services

TripsSource may integrate with third-party systems, software providers, payment providers, operators, and related service providers.

TripsSource is not responsible for the availability, performance, content, policies, or business practices of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripsSource makes no warranties regarding:

  • Platform availability
  • Continuous operation
  • Accuracy of third-party content
  • Booking outcomes
  • Operator performance
  • Partner performance
  • Business results achieved through use of the Services

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TripsSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

16. Suspension & Termination

TripsSource may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if users:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Misuse the platform
  • Create security risks
  • Violate applicable laws

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

17. Changes to the Services

TripsSource may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.

TripsSource may also revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
